Celanova is a small village near Ourense. It is a quite and safe village. Celanova is a great place to stop off. For most visitors the main attraction is the big monastery and the beautiful square, that you find in front of this historic building. Its streets are very small but they are crowed of shops. Besides, all thursday the tourists can buy in the street market that it is in the square. The people of this village are very friendly with the tourists. Castromao is more than an interesting village it has preserved the history of the Celtic peoples. It is a beautiful site to see and the Galician government should spend a little more money on this site which is a treasure of Northern Spain.
